Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between ALLSALE Corp. (the "Company") and members in relation to the use of the ALLSALE Affiliate Platform service (the "Service") provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows.

  1. "Service" means the affiliate marketing platform and related services provided by the Company.
  2. "Member" means a person who agrees to these Terms and enters into a service use agreement with the Company.
  3. "Campaign" means a marketing activity created and managed by a member through the Service.
  4. "Creator" means a content creator who participates in a member's campaign.

Article 3 (Provision of the Service)

The Company provides the following services.

  1. Tools for creating and managing affiliate campaigns
  2. Creator discovery and matching services
  3. Email and DM automation services
  4. Campaign performance analytics and reporting services
  5. Unified inbox and CRM features
  6. Other services additionally developed or provided by the Company

Article 4 (Use of the Service)

  1. Members must use the Service in compliance with these Terms and the policies established by the Company.
  2. Members must not engage in illegal or inappropriate activities using the Service.
  3. The Company may temporarily suspend all or part of the Service when necessary for stable operation, in which case it will provide advance notice.

Article 5 (Obligations of Members)

Members must not engage in the following acts.

  1. Misappropriation or fraudulent use of another person's information
  2. Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  3. Infringement of intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties
  4. Sending spam or illegal content
  5. Other acts that violate applicable laws

Article 6 (Protection of Personal Information)

The Company does its best to protect members' personal information, and matters concerning the collection, use, and provision of personal information are governed by a separate Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company is exempt from liability if it cannot provide the Service due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or suspension of service by telecommunications carriers.
  2. The Company is not liable for service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the member.
  3. The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes arising between members or between a member and a third party, and is not liable for any resulting damages.

Article 8 (Dispute Resolution)

  1. In the event of a dispute related to these Terms, the parties shall in principle resolve it through mutual consultation.
  2. If no agreement is reached, the courts of the Republic of Korea shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Addendum

These Terms take effect on January 26, 2026.
